The Brownells Extended Base Pad for Ruger 22/45 pistols ensures positive control of magazines during insertion or removal. The extended pad features indentations, which allow for easy grasping of the magazine, and to remove a stuck or jammed magazine. Durable Zytel polymer will stand up to repeated drops, and protects the magazine body from damage. The base pad simply replaces the factory pad, requiring no additional new parts or springs.
